LES ARGILES D'ORTO – RED WINE

‘Les Argiles d’Orto Negre’ is a red wine from the D.O. Montsant, which reflects the freshness and character of the clay-rich soils of El Masroig. It is made from 90% Grenache Noir and 10% Cariñena, the grapes for which come from vineyards cultivated using organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming methods.

It is fermented in stainless steel tanks using the yeasts naturally present in the grapes and undergoes a 28-day maceration. It is then aged for three months in used French oak barrels. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red berries and floral notes, whilst on the palate it is fresh, lively and well-balanced. An excellent choice to accompany meat dishes, rice dishes, vegetables, cold meats and cheese.
