D.O. Bierzo has a very special microclimate, very suitable for the crops of the area. A mild climate, benign, rather temperate regulated by a certain humidity, all this is without doubt that the Bierzo is located in a valley.
El Bierzo is a fertile land where different varieties of grapes are produced, all of them adapted to the characteristics of the soils and the climate.
The elaboration of the wines protected by the denomination of origin will be made exclusively, with the following varieties: Mencía, Garnacha Blue, Godello, Doña Blanca and Palomino.
