Combination of two harvests, one early that will provide the fruity freshness, and another about two weeks later, which will provide all the warmth of the Grenache. After fermentation, the two are assembled and aged with the fine lees to extract all the creaminess and delicacy.
The result is an original, fresh and gastronomic white Grenache wine.
