Grape:  100% Tinta de Toro -- Organically grown in dry land, and worked with horses.

Production: Spontaneous natural fermentation without added sulfites in open and thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. 

Aging: It spends the six months of the Castilian winter in tanks with its fine lees and batonnages. It finishes by refining in tanks until it is bottled after its first summer. Without added sulphites.
