The Coto de Hayas Garnacha Blanca is a single-varietal white wine, made from 100 per cent Garnacha Blanca in the D.O. Campo de Borja. Night-time harvesting and winemaking at low temperatures help to preserve the freshness and characteristic qualities of the grape variety.

It is aged for 5 to 6 months in new French oak barrels, which lends it body and complexity whilst preserving the character of the grape variety. On the nose, it reveals notes of green apple, citrus fruits, white fruits, flowers and herbs. On the palate, it is structured, balanced and has a creamy texture.
An ideal choice for restaurants, hotels, wine bars, delicatessens and specialist retailers. It pairs particularly well with fish, seafood, rice dishes, canapés and Mediterranean cuisine.
