Nieto Martín’s Iberian ham, made from 50% acorn-fed Iberian breeds (sliced), offers all the quality and flavour of one of the most iconic products of Spanish cuisine in a practical, ready-to-eat format. It is made from 50% free-range Iberian pigs reared on acorns during the montanera season, and retains all the characteristics that distinguish a great Iberian ham.
After a slow, natural curing process lasting over 36 months in the cellars of Guijuelo, the ham develops a creamy texture, a marbled and glossy fat, and an intense aroma with rich undertones. Its flavour is characterised by a delicate balance between the natural tenderness of the meat, notes of nuts and a pleasant aftertaste.
The ham, machine-sliced into uniform slices, allows you to enjoy all the product’s qualities with ease. The packaging preserves the aroma, tenderness and freshness of the product, making it an ideal choice for appetisers, Iberian ham platters, tapas or as an accompaniment to bread with tomato, mature cheeses and fine wines.
We recommend opening the packaging a few minutes before serving and presenting the ham at room temperature, so that you can fully appreciate its texture, sheen and aromatic complexity. A practical format that allows you to enjoy the delights of Guijuelo Iberian ham at any time of day.
