Nieto Martín’s Iberian ‘Lomito’, sourced from acorn-fed pigs, is traditionally crafted in Guijuelo from the shoulder or neck section of the loin of Iberian pigs reared in the open countryside of the dehesas of Salamanca, Extremadura and Andalusia. During the montanera season, the animals feed on acorns and natural food sources, which gives the meat exceptional marbling and a unique aromatic complexity.

Following a natural curing process lasting between 3 and 5 months in the cellars of Guijuelo, each piece develops a tender and juicy texture, as well as a deep and balanced flavour. Its characteristic reddish colour with brown highlights and the fine marbling reflect the quality of a traditional production method that respects the rhythm and essence of authentic Iberian ham.

Ideal for enjoying in thin slices at room temperature, as a gourmet appetiser, on a platter of Iberian cured meats and hams, or paired with a fine red wine. An essential product for anyone seeking the essence of acorn-fed Iberian pork.
