Nieto Martín’s Iberian ‘cebo’ sirloin, with 50% Iberian ancestry, is an excellent choice for enjoying authentic Iberian sirloin in a practical and versatile format. Made from the sirloin of pigs with 50% Iberian ancestry, carefully selected and fed a diet based mainly on cereals, it offers a perfect balance of juiciness, texture and flavour.

After being traditionally marinated with paprika, garlic and a careful selection of natural spices, the cut undergoes a natural curing process lasting between 4 and 6 months in the cellars of Guijuelo. During this time, it develops an intense red colour with delicate streaks of fat, an elegant aroma and a firm yet tender texture, making every slice a true delight.

This vacuum-packed piece, weighing approximately 350 grams, is perfect for slicing at home to your liking, whilst fully preserving the freshness and qualities of the product until it is eaten. It is ideal for starters, charcuterie platters, gourmet sandwiches or as an ingredient in recipes requiring high-quality raw Iberian ham.

A speciality from Nieto Martín that combines the centuries-old tradition of Guijuelo with the convenience of a format that is easy to store and can be enjoyed on any occasion.
