1º.- Open the tray, remove the slices and let them cool between 30 minutes and 2 hours at room temperature.

2º.- Put plenty of oil in a pan and heat well. In a fryer, turn the thermostat to 180 º.

3º.- When the oil is hot, fry the rashers, stirring them for approximately 5 minutes, until the desired point is reached.
