Nieto Martín’s ‘Cebo de Campo’ Iberian ham, which is 50% Iberian breed, is the result of decades of experience in producing high-quality Iberian products in Guijuelo. It comes from pigs that are 50% of the Iberian breed and are reared in extensive open spaces where they can roam freely. They are fed according to a carefully controlled feeding plan using natural resources and high-quality feed.

Once the finest cuts have been selected, the ham undergoes a slow process of salting and natural curing in the drying rooms and cellars of Guijuelo. This traditional method gives the ham a firm yet succulent texture, as well as a delicate aroma and a balanced flavour that combines subtle notes, toasty undertones and a pleasantly long-lasting finish.

Its marbling lends each slice juiciness and creaminess, offering an authentic and accessible gastronomic experience that you can enjoy both in everyday life and on special occasions. Ideal for starters, Iberian ham platters, gourmet sandwiches or as an accompaniment to red wines and mature cheeses.

An excellent choice for anyone who wishes to savour the quality and tradition of Iberian ham produced in Guijuelo.
