Nieto Martín’s pre-sliced Iberian shoulder ham, made from pigs that are 50% Iberian breed and acorn-fed, combines all the intensity and character of authentic Iberian shoulder ham in a convenient, ready-to-eat format. It comes from pigs that are 50% of the Iberian breed, reared in the open air and fed on acorns during the Montanera season, which gives it excellent marbling and a richly nuanced flavour.

After a natural curing process of more than 24 months in the cellars of Guijuelo, the shoulder ham develops a deep aroma and a succulent texture, which distinguishes it from ham due to its greater intensity. The slices, cut by machine to a uniform thickness, display a beautiful colour ranging from pink to dark red, accompanied by fine veins of fat that give them a glossy sheen, a creamy texture and an exceptional variety of flavours.

The vacuum packaging preserves all its qualities, allowing you to enjoy a ready-to-serve product with ease. It is perfect for aperitifs, Iberian charcuterie platters, tapas, gourmet sandwiches or as an accompaniment to mature cheeses and red wines. To fully appreciate its flavour and texture, we recommend opening the packet a few minutes before eating and serving the ham at room temperature.

An ideal choice for anyone looking for the characteristic intensity of Iberian shoulder ham from acorn-fed pigs, without having to buy a whole leg.
