Sweet Oloroso aged in American oak casks using the traditional criaderas and soleras system with periodic sacks and mists, to an average age of more than 20 years.
This magnificent Cream is achieved by adding the old sweet Oloroso wine Pedro Ximénez to the solera. Both wines age together in the solera system for at least three more years, thus creating this very elegant wine.
