Nieto Martín’s ‘Cebo de Campo’ Iberian ham, made from 50% Iberian breed pigs, is the result of decades of experience in producing high-quality Iberian products in Guijuelo. It comes from pigs that are 50% Iberian breed, reared in wide open spaces where they can roam freely. They are fed according to a carefully controlled diet, based on natural resources and high-quality feed.

Once the finest cuts have been selected, the ham undergoes a slow process of salting and natural curing in the drying rooms and cellars of Guijuelo. This traditional method gives the ham a firm yet juicy texture, as well as a delicate aroma and a balanced flavour that combines subtle notes, toasty undertones and a pleasantly lingering finish.

Its marbling lends juiciness and creaminess to every slice, offering an authentic and accessible gastronomic experience that you can enjoy both in everyday life and on special occasions. Ideal for starters, Iberian ham platters, gourmet sandwiches or as an accompaniment to red wines and mature cheeses.

An excellent choice for anyone wishing to enjoy the quality and tradition of Iberian ham produced in Guijuelo.
