Made following the tradition of Scottish distillates of roasting plants by using charcoal smoke and organic peat, which serve to dry and flavor.

Mixed with Priorat wines to result in a new vermouth.

Tuned using the Tennessee bourbon method, leaving the vermouth to rest in new, extra toasted 200-liter American oak casks.
